Why participate in the Fundraiser Challenge? 
Many families, friends and associates have lost their job or having financial difficulties.  Small businesses and individuals are asking for grants, loans, sponsorship and monetary support but few companies or banks are willing or able to provide.  We want to help in a small way that is easy and rewarding for everyone who participates.  Welcome to The Social Media Lounge -Fundraiser Challenge presented by Houston Market Place & On The Roxx Bar & Lounge.  Thank you for your particatptoin in the Fundraiser Challenge.  

Its simple... Receive $10.00 from each referral who RSVP using your email address!

Invite 20 friends & receive $200.00  |  Invite 50 friends & receive $500.00  |  Invite 100  friends & receive $1000.00
No minimum or quota of referrals is required.

How does the fundraiser work?

What does admission includes?
Will I receive funds even if someone doesn’t participate in the fundraiser?

How does the fundraiser work?
1. RSVP on-line and register your email address.

2. Simply refer your friends or social network to our website so they can enter your name and email address as the referee.

3. After October 30th 2013, a total of your referrals will be multiplied by $10.00.  For example if you refer 5 friends you receive $50.00.  Payment or sent On October 31st, 2013.

Please Note: Those who wish to participate in the fundraiser challenge must rsvp and register an e-mail address on-line to receive payment.

Will I receive funds even if someone doesn’t participate in the fundraiser?

Yes, Anyone who doesn’t want to participate in the fundraiser challenge may simply pay pre-admission price of $15.00 on-line or pay $20.00 at the door.  Everyone is required to mention who referred them either on-line or on the admission ticket. 

Can I just give away tickets with my name & email on it?
Yes, when your referral RSVP on-line or pay at the door we will use your email address to help you raise funds.  Please note admission pre-sale is  $15.00 and admission at the door is $20.00.

When and how will I receive funds?
Funds raised from admission will be sent on October 31st  from  the Social Media Lounge e-mail via Paypal to the e-mail address you registered with us. You will receive an e-mail to accept the funds instantly or transfer the funds to your bank account.  Just follow the instructions provided.  If you don’t have a paypal account at the time, Paypal will provide instructions on how to create a free account instantly.

Is Paypal the only method of receiving funds?
Currently PayPal is the only method we use to send mass payments because no fees are taken out. Plus PayPal securely helps us send payments instantly and keep a records..

What are the requirements?
You must be 18 yrs or older, have access to internet and an email address.  A Paypal account is not required to receive funds by e-mail. Paypal will offer you a free account if you do not have one to process your funds.  Simply follow the instructions from Paypal.  Everyone is required to RSVP & register an e-mail address to participate in fundraiser.  Must be 18&up.  All referrals must RSVP on-line or pay at event.

Don’t have a Paypal account? Just follow the instructions in your e-mail when you receive payment.

When is the fundraiser over?
The current Fundraiser Challenge is over October 31st, 2013.

Will there be another fundraiser like this one?
We will notify you by email if there is another fundraiser challenge.

Must I attend the mixer to raise funds ?
No,  it is not mandatory to attend the mixer. To participate in the Fundraiser Challenge you must RSVP and register your e-mail address with us to receive funds.

Do you offer promotions or tickets to help us refer others?
Yes, after you RSVP you will have the option to print & save tickets via PDF with an area to write your name & e-mail address as referee. As a bonus you can use the social tools at the top of our website to invite others.  Be sure you mention the e-mail address you registered with us.

Are there any refunds?
Sorry, there are no refunds at this time.  All Sales are final.
